Jaded Fork

This site is a collection of my recent gastronomic keepsakes.

If there’s one thing I regret, it’s not having started a food journal sooner. Over the years, my husband and I have been to many special restaurants both here and abroad, but all I can remember about most is that I’ve eaten in them. It’s really a shame because many of these meals deserve a better memory than that.

So, this is me making up for lost time.

  1. I love your site. Keep it up !

  2. I write and publish the Opinionated About Dining Survey. http://www.opinionatedaboutdining.com. I would like to use your photo of the foie gras at Auberge de L’Ill luis for a slideshow I am putting together for the Top 100 European restaurants for 2012. The slideshow is being published on June 4. You will get credit and a link to your blog on the frame, and a second credit and link at the end of the slideshow. If this is a problem, please let me know and I will use a different photo. Thanks.
